Founded by Wilbur Smith, our mission is to protect families through personalized life insurance and financial products while building meaningful careers for the people who serve them. Wilbur built this agency on a simple idea: a team that grows together makes a lasting impact in the community.
Our Story
Wilbur began his career in the financial services space in 2022. After spending his first couple years as a high level producer, he realized that the path forward wasn’t just about personal success it was about building a team. Leadership to him is an ongoing evolution that helps people rise to their highest capabilities.
Before stepping into financial services, Wilbur spent a decade in the behavioral health field, owning and operating his own substance abuse treatment program. That experience gave him a deep understanding of people, their challenges, and the importance of building support systems. Ultimately, he knew there was more out there and a way to help people not just survive but thrive, and life insurance became that avenue.
Originally from Fort Myers, Florida, Wilbur is a proud husband to his wife Piper and father to four boys, and baseball coach for their little league teams. Life at home is anything but dull, with their flock of chickens and the newest addition to the family a playful miniature schnauzer puppy.
